At Gozney, we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused Gozney oven or accessories in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
